Its Total Eye Complex blends Actineyes (sea water and marine microalgae), Aldavine 5X polysaccharides, Phytomoist plant-based hyaluronic acid and betaine, Beautifeye plant extracts and SYN-EYE peptides. A cooling metal applicator tip helps depuff as you apply, and the formula primes lids for eye makeup.
